Tetsu Kondo is a Japanese designer, artist, musician, creative director and professor born in Toyokawa City. His breadth of expertise ranges from interactive design, user experience, advertisement, media consulting, and software development to live audio-visual programming, and art installations.

He graduated from Waseda University in Tokyo and the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at New York University (NYU) Tisch School of Arts in 2002, and became a resident researcher.

Tetsu has collaborated with great creative people he respects and appreciates such as Jeff Feddersen, Daniel Aspuru, Manrico Montero, Amit Pitaru, Eddo Stern,Nibo, Fumitake Tamura(BUN), AOKI Takamasa, Vo Trong Nghia, Takashi Niwa, Jun Masuda, Yuriko Takagi, Masaaki Hiromura, and more.

He runs TETRALEAF, INC - media design company which handles various forms of production. Also he is a part of F + L(field and line), creative collectives. He teaches at Tokyo Polytechnic (Kougei) University.

He has been practicing meditatoin and plays the guitar every day and sometimes didgeridoo.
